We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with 24 hours’ notice or more are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed sessions (“no-shows”), are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if something comes up — we understand that scheduling conflicts happen, and we’ll work with you.

Details on how unused sessions from a 5-session package are handled if a customer wishes to stop early are being finalized. In the meantime, please contact us directly and we’ll work out a fair resolution.
